SPI was invited by the city of Scottsdale to investigate the Arabian Branch Library.  The building itself was only about four years old at the time of the investigation.

The library staff had many different stories to tell us about experiences that they had in the library.  Everything from disembodied voices, the sounds of footsteps, to books falling off the shelves.

About 40 minutes into the investigation, we noticed that the camera that was in the teen section of the library had tipped over.  The camera was in the corner of the room and not easily accessible by anyone and the cables were taped down to the floor.  Nobody was near the teen section at the time that the camera tipped over.  We're not certain if this is really paranormal activity, but how slowly the camera moved is a little suspicious.  Take a look and judge for yourself.

The teen section proved to be quite a hot-spot throughout the investigation.  A stand-alone recorder was left in the teen section during the course of the investigation.  We captured quite a few EVP's on the recorder.  Here are nine different EVP's that were captured on that recorder.  You decide what you think they are saying.

The adult section proved to be quite interesting as well that evening.  The following EVP's were captured in that area.  On some of these you will hear the investigators talking in the background, but you will also hear something else.  You be the judge and see what you can hear in the next eight EVP's.

After reviewing all of the evidence that was gathered during the investigation, SPI determined that the library indeed does have paranormal activity going on there.  So, stop by the library and check things out for yourself.
